I'm on a 3G network still (iPhone 4s) and my Internet is very slow and won't even load YouTube ?

To clarify....

• where abouts are you?  Are you in an urban area that states there is 3G coverage?
• what happens if you step outside?  Some indoor locations have a lot of metal and concrete that limits coverage.

Have you already tried rebooting your phone? That's what I do when my iPad is not doing well with the internet(doesn't matter if it's the data plan or wifi).

Hi,  I am having the same issue on my iPhone 4 and have been for a couple weeks.  I am in a 3G area that has worked well for me in the past.  I have attempted rebooting and, while that solves the problem temporarilly, it does not last long (about 20 minutes or so) before it gets slow again.  I recently updated the ios to the latest version, but that didn't make any difference (besides the first 20-30 minutes!)
