Hi, the answers provided by nash211 and xl are accurate, we need to know more about your device in order to be 100% sure. If It's unlock, you should be able to activate a compatible sim card. You should be able to confirm if your device will work on our network here http://mobility.telus.com/en/ON/phones-and-devices/devicecompatibility.shtml?eVar35=http://mobility....

Just stop in at your telus store and activate your new phone, they will give you a sim card and insert it into your phone. The phone will need to be unlocked if not a teuls device.

To clarify....

  • is your phone UNLOCKED?  It needs to be unlocked before it accepts Telus SIM's
  • where did you get the phone?  Some phones may not support all of Telus frequencies (eg LTE)

@ - ACommanda82. Humm your msge title, isn't  offer any description as to what exactly, you're trying to do. When you said. I just get a new cell is unclear if you're already a Telus' customer or you want to become to. In any case, what you should do first, before walk to a Telus.Store is a research, about what are the plans available, prepaid or monthly bill, prices,.etc.The link offered by 'SupperFred' can helpyou a lot in the research: http://mobility.telus.com/en/ON/phones-and-devices/devicescompatibility-shtml? post again in the forum, with the status of your connection.  <bye>  "v9"
