How long do orders take?

I'm a new customer and I ordered my phone and plan on December 17th.
I was wondering how long does it take for the order to process today would make it the 5th business day and it still says my order is being processed and I should receive between 5-7days.

Due to recent events (Black Friday and the promotion of 10GB for $60) they might be a little behind.

Yes I have it just says their still processing it. I will keep checking I know with the holidays it might be slow. This is is my first time ordering a phone online as well

Now it says more information required but I don't know what they need they said email was sent off with the information needed but never got one and checked my junk mail.

An email to the webstore may be in order, then!  Indicate the status report, and let them know no email was received by you.  It is also posible their email will arrive shortly - if the note was placed on your file before the email was sent to you.
