Got Scammed by a sales person <personal info removed by mod>

This person is a scammer, please be advised. If he wants to sell to you anything do not trust him. Falls promises he made and the company is not even listening to me to at least compensate.
Be aware of thieves.

Hi There,

No this person contacted me via phone. I transferred ten lines of business account to TELUS though him. And now he is like a ghost and vanished.

If you can find him let him know that he is a very dishonest person and the worst sales person one can get.

I feel betrayed and I am trying to move all my business back to Rogers and never will come back to TELUS.

COMPLETELY AGREE TO THIS COMPLAINT!!! UNFORTUNATELY, OUR EXPERIENCE WITH TELUS MOBILITY WAS NOT A POSITIVE ONE. ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED US AND OFFERES US A CHEAPER PLAN THAN WHAT WE WERE CURRENTLY RECEIVING WITH OUR OTHER PROVIDER.. WE FELL FOR THIS SCAM AND SWITCHED OUR PROVIDER, BUT TO OUR SURPRISE, OUR BILL IS WAY TOO HIGH THAN THE PLAN THAT WAS OFFERED TO US.  WE CALLED TELUS MOBILITY CSR FOR CLARIFICATION MULTIPLE TIMES, AND EVEN SPOKE WITH THEIR RETENTION DEPT. HOWEVER, THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE US WITH A SATISFACTORY RESPONSE, AND THE PERSON WHO HAD OFFERED US THE PLAN WAS NOT RESPONDING TO MESSAGES. DESPITE PROMISES TO ESCALATE OUR CONCERNS TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT, NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO US. EACH PHONE CALL LASTED BETWENN 1.5 TO 2.5 HRS AND IT SEEMED LIKE NONE OF THE CST WERE WILLING TO HELP US RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT. WE ARE EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED FOR OFFERING FALSE INFORMATION THAT DOES NOT EXIST.
