Usually such plans are managed through a cellular supplier. The folks who manage your help desk may have some leads, or possibly there is a section on the employee portal on your computer network. Our organization promotes such plans on an emoter marketplace.
I am not aware of any means to access these plans otherwise, as there needs to be some assurance the applicant is indeed an employee of a qualifying organization.
