I need to speak to a representative that isn’t Indian, my phone plan was shut off without reason so I couldn’t use it or even pay it from the app, I’ve been it on multiple plans when there should only be 1 and I’m tired of being patched to so many departments only to get no where but another phone plan, I want to speak to a representative that isn’t Indian please. All your “departments can do is switch me over to a different Indian department that refuses to coordinate with other departments” why did they cancel my phone access so I can’t pay my bill, but still say I need to pay both bills or I can’t use my phone, even tho I’m supposed to only be paying the $25/month plan because I’m on disability so clearly I can’t afford an $80 plan, Telus is an Indian scam company.
