Call Telus support. They may have to tweak something.

@KurdNora welcome to the Neighbourhood 🙂

It could also be an APN issue...or lack of APN on the S4. I know i've had that issue when switching from device to device. Here's a link that might help - http://www.telus.com/en/bc/get-help/mobility/phones-and-devices/setting-up-your-smartphone-for-data/...

Can you provide another link?

That one takes me to where Telus is embarrassed because they can't find what we're looking for.

Same link...seems to work for me?

Search for APN settings on their website and it comes up. 🙂

Dark_Knight, thank you.  Curiously, the first link still doesn't work, same error.  This one does.

Glad it worked, SA. 🙂

Greetings KurdNora, the answers provided by Dark_Knight regarding your APN settings may help you a lot.  Are you having similar issues when using a wi-fi connection? Do you know if the data was blocked from your mobile account? Did you do the phone's update using the SAmsung Kies program? http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/ . Sorry for asking but me and my friends here will need to know everything in order to assist you.
