Hi 

I am looking for the phone number to call to speak to a representative and wondering if they are available in the weekend. I want to make payment arrangements and tried to on chat, however they told me I have to call.

For Mobility payment arrangements the best number to call is: 1-855-230-2232
If an automated assistant asks for the reason of your call, mention "I would like to make payment arrangements for my mobility bill".

Current hours of operation:

Monday to Friday

• English: 9:00 to 19:00 local time
• French: 9:00 to 17:00 local time

Saturday and Sunday

• English: 9:00 to 16:00 local time
• French: 9:00 to 14:00 local time
