Recently changed my mobile plan to Nationwide Talk & Text 15. Now whenever I try to access my "Change Plans and Addons" tab I get the message "sorry there was a unexpected error. Please try again later." It's been like this for two days now.
How recently did you make the change to the Nationwide Talk and Text 15 plan? You can only change plans once per month, which may be why you get the error. It should be a better message, though.
This is probably the first time I've changed the plan in two years. I'll try contacting support directly.
