Do you mean like a Flip Phone? Telus still sells those.
Most smart phones will allow you to dictate texts, so keyboard use is limited. Or you can pair a larger physical keyboard to one if you wish.
If you share your disability in a little more detail, we could offer more suggestions.

A regular flip phone may not be suitable, small keys and the extra key presses required to text.
A basic smart phone with a case that helps gripping the phone may be the best option.

Telus does offer plans with only calling and texting. If you plan on getting a device with that plan though, it will more than likely not extend to getting a smartphone like an iPhone or high-end Android device. Telus tends to lock their premium devices on subsidy behind expensive data plans. If you plan on buying your device outright or bringing your own device to use. You can essentially ask for which ever type of plan you want.
