I tried purchasing the TELUS LTE Tri SIM for my iPhone SE online however upon clicking Order Now I get brought back to the welcome page.
I try with both Safari and Firefox; same result.
Being of reduced mobility I dont have the luxury of schlepping to a Telus store. Do any of you experience the same behaviour?
Well, that's a real issue for sure! Are you a brand new customer or an existing customer? If you're an existing customer adding a new line for a different customer you can call our sales team who can order you a sim card by itself 1-888-692-8888 or if you are a new customer you can use that number too! If you are an existing customer just trying to replace a sim card but, retain the same number then we would have to fix our issue with telus.com first 😞 Sorry!

@FrankMtl I'm not sure what's causing that. I've tested with different computers and browsers and was successful each time.
You can also get to the link by clicking on "Shop" in the top left corner of the main page, and selecting "SIM Cards".
Yup that's what I select: Shop --> SIM Cards

and no matter the browser, cleared cache, pop-up blocker deactivated, Flash blocker deactivated, I get brought back to the Welcome page.
You may be successful as the pages you're accessing are from within Telus' intranet?

The Order Now simply takes me and @FrankMtl back to the index page, not to the purchase page.
Thanks for the clarification everyone! I have flagged this issue to our web team to address.
Now the LTE SIM purchase site says "Find a Store", so one STILL can't buy a LTE SIM online. While it now sends you to a map of Telus sales locations, it's not really the solution folks like @FrankMtl would be looking for! Hope this is truly fixed soon!
