Calls dropping

I live in the Campbell River area and have been having a lot of problems with calls dropping on my cell phone, and some not connecting.I have a few friends having the same problem in different areas of town. This is been going on for over a month. I tried contacting Telus but was told they hadn’t heard of any problems. He suggested that maybe it’s COVID related as more people are using the service. I’m considering trying a new provider. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

Where in Campbell River? The North and South areas of the city are served by a distributed cellular network, and may behave differently than a centralized system, especially if you are moving about.
