Hi, I have a Telus pre-paid, and I recently changed my plan from starter 10 to simple 22 due to insufficient messages.
However I have tried calling someone just now, and it says "your balance is insufficient or you don't have a plan, please call #123"
Any ideas?

Other than you being in Limbo because your Starter 10 plan has not expired, but you have added a new and different plan, I'm not sure. Likely will need a conversation with a Telus Rep to sort it out.

Ended up stumbling across a lot of technical details, seems these kinds of issues arise from the lack of a solid foundation and having loose ends. Never the less, I appreciate your input, I contacted a Telus representative and their system wasn't in sync with my account for some reason, as they registered my balance as $0.00 whereas my balance was $2.42 on my account.
Though sometimes it's hard to even get a hold of someone who can help, it seems this issue isn't easy to fix on your own without throwing money at the company.
