It's called a transfer of ownership. You can call the customer care and they will walk you through it.
It requires your cousin go through a credit check, so make sure they have 2 pieces of ID handy.

If there is a past due it means that the entire bill has not been paid. Even if the plan was $65 a month, if he had overages (data, long distance, minutes, ect) the bill may have been higher than $65. Accounts can not be transfer until the entire past due balance has been paid. You can view past bill thru your online account. To create this account, go to telus.com/register

They wont do it cause there is a past due of 300 some what $ and he already paid 65 a month so I dont see how this balance would affect him. I paid 80 last week so it should be a bit lower. I try to make payments as much as possible even though I cancelled cause I was over charged on late payments I got fed up with it.
