All incoming calls coming in saying no caller id

I know the people calling and they don’t have the setting on that hides their number and it keeps coming up as no caller ID

Are both the name AND number not showing at all? Do any callers show on call display including from landlines? Do you subscribe to caller ID?

If the number is showing, and the caller is on a cell phone, in Alberta usually no name will show.

Mostly all my contacts aren’t showing all that pops up is no caller id some come up as their contact and others don’t and they don’t have their caller ID turned off

If it's only impacting your contacts it is likely an issue on your phone, or less likely but possibly on the callers end.

Have you contacted tech support yet? (Telus or phone manufacturer)

Which phone?

Which OS?

Which calling app?

When did it start?

Some updates can cause issues with various features on your mobile device.  Google's Carrier Services has completely messed up my ability to send and receive texts before.  This particular app can be rolled back but can affect a lot of services for your device, caller ID included.

im having this same issue, has their been any resolution to this??? @Telusmobility are you guys paying attention? ive called and spoken to a few customer service reps and all they did was remove the call display feature and put it back on and THAT DID NOT WORK!! HELP!!!!!
