If you're only getting that message when calling Stoney Creek, Ontario specifically, that would mean there is a problem in the Stoney Creek area that has knocked out phone service. If it's Ontario then the length of time will depend on which ever phone company is serving that area and how long it takes to fix it. As to the cause, it's hard to say. Could be something as simple as a cut fiber.
