A way to provide feedback about poor customer support at a store?

We went to the Park Royal store in West Vancouver this week to chat with a specialist about options for changing our plan.     It was the worst customer service.    She was chewing gum, blowing big bubbles and snapping them while talking to us, and scrolling chats with friends.     She even looked up at my husband at one point, because he had just asked her a question, and she said "what?"       We actually walked out laughing our heads off about how we felt like we were in a corporate training video and she was the customer service person they use as an example of how NOT to act.  I have her name, and I wish there was a way to give feedback to Telus, but I'm not finding anywhere on the website to do that.

I was at the CAPILANO MALL store, not Park Royal.

You can connect with TELUSSupport on Twitter, which will be private.

I did that, and someone did indeed respond.     Thanks.    WOW - - Telus makes it impossible to speak with anybody via their website.    Full-on automation is their way of doing business.       Thanks for the suggestion.   Apparently they don't like me telling my story on Twitter.
