My iPhone is stuck in headphone mode, I can't get off.  Why does it do this?

It’s not supposed to do this, so it’s a hardware issue. Now, did you do a reset? If it’s a onetime glitch, it will fix it, if it's a hardware issue, it will come back.

Buy a can of compressed air and use it in the headphone jack. See if that helps! If not, bring it in to Apple

I've seen this happen with other phones. Usually the glitch occurs when you are on a call and you pull the headphone out. It's stuck in that mode because during a call the phone expected you to be on the headphone. To fix it, try plugging the headphone back in during a call and finishing it. Second fix would be to plug in your head phones and turn off the device and take the headphone out before turning it back on. Last fix is the factory reset.

Let me know if any of these works. Try not to unplug headphones during a call. I believe it's the reason why this happened.

Try inserting a headset and remove it, if nothing changes, Apple may be able to assist more since that's a hardware issue.

Hi, if you can't unlock the phone using the lock code, it will ask you for a PUK code at one point. Call *611 and get assistance from the technical department.

Nice reply . thanks
