inq cloud pattern unlock

my inq cloud has a pattern pin on it to unlock phone, i can only make emergency calls, i cant get into phone, how does a person do a factory reset

Hi there, are you able to use your Gmail account to unlock your device? If not, you normally need to do the reset from inside the hardware but have a look here http://www.phonetipsandtricks.com/tips/inq-cloud-touch/hard-factory-reset-8/ since the article mentions how to do it w/o having access to the device's menu. Your data will probably be lost unless your Gmail account synced your contacts, good luck!
