inq cloud pattern pin

hello someone commented on this before but i accidently earaises the reply well my inq cloud has a pattern pin, all i can do is emergency calls, cant get into phone how do i do a factory reset or get into this phone please

Hi, if you have a Gmail account, you should be able to retrieve your unlock code. if not, you  may find an answer online here https://www.google.ca/#q=how+to+factory+reset+inq+cloud+touch but your data will probably be lost.
