I've tried multiple time of trying to connect to my TELUS home wifi modem with my Mac Book Pro, iPhone5s(rogers) and my iPhone4(so sim). I had to call Apple Care to get my computer connected to the home internet here from TELUS. I called TELUS and they were no help, they couldn't solve the solution with me and told me to call apple. And if I didn't have Apple Care which is 99$ for a year I believe. Apple helped me trouble shoot how to connect to the TELUS Home Wifi.
As for my iPhone 4 I could never connect to *ANY telus modem. I had to find a store to download anything over 100Mb, or use my cell data while at home....
For my BRAND NEW iPhone5s, even though its with rogers SHOULD NOT have any issue conneting to the Wifi here at home. All the PC devices, and other Mobile devices and even PS3 don't have issues connecting to the modem Wifi. Why do only my apple products... seem to detect the device and Wifi but won't connect????
ANYWONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE WITH APPLE PRODUCTS, if so can you tell me how you get your iPhones connected?

They are many ways to connect a phone with a wi-fi router. You should try to connect them with the MAC address. A simple Google search you show you how to do so.
