Will a Blackview BV8000 Pro work with Telus?

Hello,

I am considering buying a BV8000 Pro but want to double check that it will work on Telus' network.

The manufacturer says it is compatible with the following:

Network
Type: WCDMA, GSM, FDD-LTE
2G Bands: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G Bands: WCDMA 850/900/1700/1900/2100MHz
4G Bands: FDD-LTE 700/800/850/1700/1800/1900/2100/2600MHz
WIFI: 802.11a/b/g/n
GPS: Yes, GLONASS, BDS
Bluetooth: Yes, V4.0

Blackview BV8000 Pro

2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz

3G: WCDMA B1/B2/B4/B5 TDSCDMA B34/B39

4G: FDD-LTE B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B17/B19/B20       TDD-LTE B38/B39/B40/B40

2G/GSM: No.

3G: Should work. (Band 2 & 5 required)

4G: Should work. Band 4 is the primary LTE band across Canada. Band 2 is a secondary frequency being used and is not in all areas.

So to sum up, it should work. Just keep an eye on the screen. It is using Gorilla Glass 3 which is from 2013, nearly 5 years old. Corning is up to Gorilla Glass 5 now. A lot of those imported phones also send a lot of your personal data back to the manufacturers, some not even encrypted.

I used BV8000 Pro from Blackview brand before. But after several-times
use in water environment, it went dead. So I tried S10 Pro, recommended
by my several friends. It’s really good, I have to say, It’s totally
fine even through numerous water immersion experience by now. I will buy
phone from you in the future.
