Will Telus support visual voicemail on windows 10 phones?

I have an unlocked Microsoft 950XL that has the ability for Visual Voicemail but needs carrier support. As popular as iPhones and Androids are I find the lack of support for other OS annoying. This creates monopolies and drives up prices.

Visual Voicemail is currently offered to iPhones only. Android 6 has the feature now but not many devices have 6 yet so they are not included in visual voicemail.

Microsoft / Windows Phone has a microscopic market share compared to iPhone / Android, and it's falling fast. Even app developers are avoiding Windows Phone like it's toxic. It is a dying system. With that in mind, it's unlikely most providers would be offering new features like visual voicemail.
