Wi-FI calling missing HTC Android m9

I purchased this telephone it works great I upgraded from m8 and samsung galaxy 

but how do i load/ enable htc wifi calling? Thank you!! I dont see it in the options

The HTC does not appear on the list of phones for which Wi-Fi calling has been enabled. Telus has not released a roadmap of future devices to be included.
