I ask because my Galaxy S3 with 4.1.2 (apparently most up to date) is having wifi issues. I've done a lot of investigating and testing of solutions, with no success. I'm hoping the newer 4.3 may solve the problem!

Tired of being on 4.1.2, we never even got to see 4.2 god$(!*$#)@!.
Come on Telus, give us an IDEA when if you cant give us an exact date!
