The minimum plan you would be eligible with if you were to purchase an iPhone 5c on a 2 year contract would be a $55 rate plan with a minimum of $15 data add-on. The plan would include unlimited nationwide calling, text messaging, caller ID, voice mail, and conference calling. If you bring your own device, the base rateplan would be $35 as opposed to $55 but you would still need to pick a data add-on.

m_ols is correct if you buy an iPhone from TELUS. If you bring your own, cheapest plan with data is the Lite 45 (200MB of data):
