I've upgraded to an iphone 5 so my iphone 4S is no longer under contract so I wnat to unlock the handset so I can use it in Europe? I want to be able to buy a plan in germany and france so need to unlock my TELUS iphone 4S. Does anyone know how to do this?

You are also able to call into Telus *611 off of your device and they are able to unlock your phone for you..

That device can certainly be unlocked.
It's a very simply procedure. The IMEI will be sent off to Apple and they in turn will send the unlock request to your device via iTunes.
I'd suggest calling into 1-866-558-2273 so they can have a look into your eligibility.

you can unlock your iphone 4S from Network lock using Remote unlocking method.Which is the safe and secure method to unlock iphone. You can get this service from REMOVEDBYADMIN here you need to specify your country, IMEI number of your iphone. Here they unlock your iphone using latest versions of iTunes.

"REMOVEDBYADMIN" is a placeholder for a spam link / company that was removed by the moderators. If you want to unlock your Telus phone, please review the requirements on the Telus website and give Telus a call to complete the unlock. The fee used to be $35.
