My name is Ralph and i live in Nigeria. i would need assistance in unlocking my Iphone 4 locked to Telus...Pls can anyone help out on what to do?

If the device is active on a Telus account, you can reach out to @TELUSsupport on twitter or if you are roaming you can dial 611 from your device speak to a Telus representative and request an unlock.

If you live in Nigeria and have a Telus phone there and no service with Telus, it is very unlikely Telus can unlock it.

I would also encourage you to check the status of the phone to see if it was reported lost or stolen.

You would just need to enter the IMEI;
