Trying to get in contact with a person

I recently found an iphone 5s in a parking lot at a mall. I have the phone number to the phone and all im trying to do is listen to the name in the voice mail.

If it helps the number is

If it's a Telus phone and if there's a Telus store in the area, maybe take it there.

Of if the phone is not password, check the contacts for 'home', 'Mom' or similar, OR look in the recent calls, and see if any are regularly called and follow up with those folks.

Check if there is an ICE entry in the phone book.  It's short for "In Case of Emergency".

 

Another option is to leave it with the mall security or "lost and found".  If they use the location services.... they can find the phone back at the mall.
