'Telus My Account' app incompatible with Android tablet running Jelly Bean?

Why is Telus My Account v.2.0.0 incompatible with my Asus 10" tablet running Android v.4.2.1 (Jelly Bean)?  I can't even download the app. 😞

Hi, it's a good question but I think the app was design for mobile devices, not tablets. I can use it on my S2x but not on my Dell Venue 8 running 4.3 , and it's brand new.
