I was wondering if anyone is using a tablet from telus for surfing the internet daily, I was also wondering if 5gb is enough on a share plan.

While travelling this past fall SWMBO & I consumed about 1GB per week (or less) between us for the routine things we do - blogs, email, surfing, etc. Video of any sort will consume GB faster than you can watch it! Upgrades to your OS may also unexpectedly consume lots of data.

Also, if you often hang out at locations with available Wi-Fi, you may be able to manage within that limit. If you go over, the 6th GB costs about the same as having internet at home for the month.....

Depends on your surfing habits. Basic web use / email? 5GB is fine. If you watch a lot of video then you'll blow through 5GB fairly fast.
