Just created account. Have no idea if i'm in the right place. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 and I see that it is scheduled for May 16th but I have had it on all night and just happened to check to the update and it said that it already downloaded it and installed it. But I didn't see it do anything and it still says 5.1.1
Any ideas?

There seems to be an error above as the Alcatel Idol 3 (5.5") seems to be listed twice with different dates.

My BlackBerry Z10 is currently running OS 10.3.2.2474. When can we expect 10.3.2.2876?
Thanks,
Shane.

Now, idol3 not listed at all π
now that Alcatel has begun sending 6.0.1 to unlocked US phones, will Telus be putting the phone back on the update schedule?

Alcatel did just release Marshmallow for UNLOCKED Idol 3s in the States. No mention of when carrier locked ones will get it, or Canada.

Hey @Malek777,
It is currently at the discretion of the OEM whether or not they roll-out monthly security patches. We have received word from Samsung that they do expect an update next month that will likely bundle the June & July security updates.
Keep an eye on the software update schedule for the latest dates.

Telus probably isn't even aware of the battery drain on the current Galaxy S7 build.

Can the forum moderator confirm that the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, Note 3 and the Galaxy Tab A are not being up graded higher than android 5.00 so I can go forward with installing a custom firmware as the continual bugs, lack of security updates and extremely poor battery life in version 5.00 are irritating i am tired of having to deal with them. The Samsung hardware is excellent only the firmware does not meet good quality.

It will be delays on Samsung's part. They are notorious for massive delays in releasing updates and patches. Worse than all other big manufacturers. There are also different releases based on country / region also. Samsung always releases updates in Korea followed by the USA first. Then they often delay other releases when bugs surface from the initial one.
As for Blackberry, they have a more stock version of Android that needs far less tweaking than Samsung. They also have a much smaller product line than Samsung. Both result in faster releases.

Little tip: how about you stop removing the data toggle from the quick settings on your Samsung firmware. Would probably save some time and your customers, who would like to control their data use conveniently - as intended by the phone manufacturer - wouldn't feel cheap shot.
