Smart remote for ios not working

Just Moved In

My smart remote system quit working today. It asks for password and when entered, I get a message "The email address entered was not found; please try again or create your Optik TV account through your digital box."  When I go to the digital box and re-enter my email it gives a message that it failed.

Try rebooting your PVR, then any other Optik boxes in the house and then retry logging in to the app. If still failing try creating a new account on the PVR after the reboot.
