Paying while receiving call but on a plan

How can I have my in-coming calls added to my monthly plan without paying from my airtime ?

Hi, The newest plans includes unlimited calling within Canada OR you can add unlimited incoming calls for an extra $15 (with the new plans you save more money!!)
