Some channels are not available on the app version of Optik. The broadcasters limit access to some of them. To see the channels available to watch on the tablet, look for the “Subscribed || All Categories” button at the top and tap it. Click on “Filter by” and choose “Playable on this device”.
Hopefully the broadcasters will relax more and allow more channels to be watchable on the app.
