Note 5 64gb availability

It is not available in Canada yet. Samsung's page with the specs does list "Storage options may vary by country and carrier." Bell and Rogers also only have the 32GB model available.

I too am waiting for a Note 5 with more storage. 32 GB just doesn't give me enough storage. I'm not upgrading until we are given more variants of the Note 5 with different colors.

Does anyone know if or when the gold colored Note 5 will arrive?

FYI, Rogers has the Note 5 64gb in black and silver available. Buyout price is only $10 more than the 32gb version.

I've talked to staff at the store and there is no word of Telus getting that 64 GB version. Hopefully they will have it in the lineup soon. But I've heard the Notes are not moving with the 32 GB version. My apps alone are taking 32 GB of data. If it wasn't for my SD card slot on my Note 3 I don't know what I would do. It's a no brainer that this phone should have 64GB or 128GB in the market. Their totally crippling sales at this point. I personally will have to look elsewhere.

It's available only at Rogers right now in black or silver titanium, $424.99 for 2 year sign up.

It's available on the Bell network now too. How come not Telus? Tha'ts why sales of the Note 5 are lagging......not enough internal memory. Get rid of the 32GB and stock only the 64GB especially now that there is no SD card slot. Can someone from Telus let us know if it will be available soon? Otherwise, I have to look for another carrier.

Let's go Telus, I'm in the same boat. Time to switch carriers perhaps.

I think I will wait until the end of the month and I may switch to Bell or Rogers to get the 64gb note 5 if I don't see it from Telus by then.

The Note 4 has better battery and SD card slot. Note 5? Meh.

Yes, but note 5 has a few features I want like wireless charging out of the box, better camera etc.

Personally I don't like getting last years models of phones. The Note 4 I'm sure is a good phone but it's probably on it's last update cycle after it's get Android-M. My Note 3 will no longer get update and it's only two years old. The Note 5 does have superfast UFS memory. Not having a removable battery is a downside but it can be replaced though the back is glued to the phone. At this point it's either wait for the Note 5 64GB or the LG G5 which will most like have a removable batter and a SD card.
I see Rogers has the 64GB model in both Black and Silver while Bell only has the Black variant. I wonder if it's a issue where Samsung is distributing phones based on carrier sales. Rogers is still the largest out of the three and probably get new models first. I wish someone from Telus would monitor these discussions and chime in before loyal customer jump ship when they could have waited a week or two.

The person on online chat from the Telus website directed me to call the web store/warehouse at 1-866-488-2709 and speak with them to see if Telus will be getting the 64GB variant of the note 5. I called and they said that they do not intend to carry it. The reason I was given was that there is an overheating issue that affects the 64GB and it will cost too much to exchange customer's handsets. I quickly searched the internet to to re-evaluate my phone selection and found that only a few Verizon customers seem to have had a problem. They swapped handsets and everything was good. Hopefully Telus changes their minds about carrying the phone I want to buy.
