Is this actually going to happen or are we SOL? The Note 5 is continually mentioned, but so far silence on the Note 4 for the last few weeks.
I appreciate the update schedule updated by Telus, but knowing either way what's going on is better then not knowing at all.

Since they haven't posted about it, thats a pretty good sign Samsung hasn't given any indication it's in the works. Have you reached out to Samsung Canada by way of their social media channels?

Bell and rogers have released marshmelllow 6.0.1 seems telus is the last canadian carrier to do so.

For the Note 4? Both Bell and Rogers still say 5.1.1 is the current release

My brother is on Rogers and received the over the air update (6.0.1) to his Note 4 a number of days ago. I friend txt me that his Note 4 on Bell had just been updated as well. Sprint in the USA has updated their clients a week ago.

Note 5 have not even gotten the update.. I highly doubt Note 4 will be getting it, which is really disappointing..
TELUS!! Posting dates of software deployment and extending them all the time is not acceptable, just do not post them to begin with

It is being reported in the Canadian Tech News that the update is rolling out for Note 5 (and S6 edge+) today.

For a moment I thought they were going to ignore the Note 4 but the update is hitting the floor! I asked when at a store but they didn't know more so I walked out the door. I'm so excited, roar!
