Just Moved In
So apparently my SIM is good and activated and my phone has no problems but they can't get it to connect to the Telus network. Anyone have this issue before. They told me to contact the DNA department but so far I've been given garbage info or asked to do the same things over and over

Providing more details would help:

phone

who is 'they'

what steps have you taken so far

what plan are you on and have you recently changed

have you reset your phone to factory settings

Also is your phone one you got from Telus or is it an unlocked phone you got somewhere else you're trying to get working with Telus?
