Can you please insist that Telus invest in signal infrastructure in the North River Heights area of Winnipeg!!!!

@ironguts download the Telus Network experience app to report signal issues.

So Kron ... where is it.  I called again 2 days ago and went into one of the Telus stores yesterday.  Your phone support person said its only for business customers and the store rep said they think it will be available to consumers but could not tell me when or whether it would be available on contract.

Many of us have a KEYone through Telus, maybe the retailers need to educate their useless staff

Hello A_Kron,

It has been two weeks and still silence from TELUS. I am confused... Will TELUS be selling the KEYone to its consumer clients? I have gone to TELUS stores and called Client Care and nobody seems to give the same answer. Stores say they will not be getting the KEYone whereas some stores say they can order it (with no ability to confirm when it will arrive). Some Client Care reps say they cannot get it whereas others have said it would be available the week of June 5th.

Well, that week has come and gone too and still nothing from TELUS in statements or on their website. Sure these phone will not sell as well as iPhones but it seems as though a significant number of customers want it. And, unfortunately, a subset if those customers are willing to switch carriers to obtain the KEYone.

Is there anything new you can share with your customers?

I wouldn't hold your breath. I've been talking to client Care and Loyalty with no luck. I told Client Care I was done and wanted to buy out my device balance and was out. They then said they would get me one. One hour later after having to pay more for my monthly bill they waived me $180 device balance and offered the phone for $175  for 2 yrs. One catch.....the "phone was already reserved for a business client. One phone???  This was after being told there was inventory. The next day........no inventory and no idea when they will have more. Seems like stalling to try to keep customers. I've been with them since Clearnet and outlasted the Mike phones. Waiting on a call back tomorrow and not expecting anything to be honest.

Doesnt make sense. Leave a superior carrier because you can't buy a phone without contract? I was thinking the same way until I researched the competition... they sick! And in my area Rogers reception and coverage is terrible and they have no plans to upgrade

Well there might be pretty little pictures of the phone but when you go to order it there is no stock and you are stopped in your tracks - can't even order it on backorder to be shipped when stock arrives.

Hey @jrueger we were having some trouble with the site earlier. You should be able to place an order if you try again. Smiley Happy

I was on the phone with Telus customer support yesterday to order the Keyone with no luck.

I was on the phone for about two hours between three different agents and they weren't able to help.  All of them said that they see stock of Keyones in the system, between 100 and 50 units, but when they went to process the order the stock disappeared and 0 were available.

I've called around to all the Telus locations in the GTA and they have no idea when the Keyones will be in stores.

Telus, when can I get a Keyone?  And please help out your customer support people with correct information about stock numbers.  4 people have now wasted more than 2 hours trying to figure this out with no success.

Hats off to the customer support team.  They definitely put the effort in.
