I purchased this iphone last week. My plan with koodo was cancled and I'm now with telus. Originally everything was working fine but now I'm suddnely unable to recieve or send calls or texts to anyone who doesnt have an iphone. I thought it was because I hadn't payed my phone bill yet so I checked my account and it says they're still generating my bill and I should wait till my next billing cycle. I was told the billing cycle should end or be able to be payed on 28th when I bought the phone at the Telus store and now it's the 29th. I checked koodo and payed off my last standing bill so everything on that end should be fine, but still no bill from Telus. I checked my iphone settings in sms and call forwarding and such as the Apple site reccomended and everything is in order, yet I still cant recieve calls or texts from anyone who doesnt have an iphone. Does anyone have any idea whats going on?
