I'm 16, looking for a phone that isn't going to cost me a fortune

I am 16, looking for a phone that will be reliable and not cost me a fortune. That will allow me to do all my social networking and have all my music and pictures. I do not a credit rating and fit want to be stuck in a contract, help!

Look into a Pre-paid option. No age restrictions, and inexpensive offerings.  Shop around for the best deal to meet your needs.

If you are looking at such a phone you wouldn't be looking at a contract plan. If you are planning on going with Telus (I would highly recommend Koodo in this case) I would suggest picking up, outright, the Lumia 520. It's a decent phone with a slot for a memory card for all your music.

It also has all the big social networks and has facebook messaging built right into the texting app.

This is correct Rodney, you have to be major to sign up for a monthly plan, unless parents co-sign but pay and talk is always an option.
