Hi, In order to fix this, try to see if you can find a pattern, like always fromt he same person, from Ihpone/Android users, from a specific provider (Bell or Rogers) because a network issue would be affecting all of your messages. Once you find something, reach out to Telus technical support team and they should be able to help. Also, do you know since when you're having this issue? Were you using an Iphone device before? If yes, maybe it's because of the Imessage service you were using before.

Try taking out your battery and SIM card for about a minute or 2 and then reassembling everything. Could just need a refresh.

If the issue persists too frequently for your liking, then try someone else's Telus SIM card (such as at the store) in your phone. If theirs doesn't have issues then you know that you have a faulty SIM and it should be replaced.

If theirs also has issues then I'm pretty sure your phone's SIM reader is faulty and as long as you're under 1 year from your purchase, they can send out your phone for warranty servicing.
