Hi Goldfish, you're probably not going to like my answer but since your device is MMS capable, I don't think that snap will work properly. Search for more information in this forum about it. Also, I'm guessing that you do not have a mobile data plan on your account, having a basic one would allow you to send/receive MMS with your Moto G device.
