Native flash support was removed from Android 4.0 and above, I believe (it might have been 4.1).

However, you can find an Adobe Flash installer .apk file online and then you'll want to download the Dolphin browser from the Play Store. It will allow you to watch flash content in there.

i downloaded flashplayer online, then dowload mozilla that still supports flash
