Can a home lte smart hub customer get a static ip & bridge the zte 275r modem?

There is an existing discussion on this topic here. Short answer: Static IP? No. Dynamic IP? maybe. Bridge? No.

Doesn't it already use an dynamic ip?

Not exactly. It's apparently using a shared IP. It's an odd setup that's different than regular home internet via VDSL or fiber optic.
