I have my cell phone stolen last week and I just got a new sim card and I dont know where to go so I can activate it.

Either the Telus store you got it from or call in.

You can also do it from your telus online account here https://mobility.telus.com/youraccount/Registration.portal, log in if you already have one or register for a new account to be able to swap your new sim card number, in the equipment tab.
