Exchange Policy on phone

I purchased the Galaxy S4 MINI on Jan.13 2014. I am not satisfied with the camera which is the main reason for purchasing. Can I exchange it for the Galaxy S4 before 30days are up?

 If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for an exchange or refund, with the original sales receipt, within 14 days of purchase, ( from the store)

if from online or over the phone, 30 days only..

.For exchange or refund, your purchase must be in near new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and bundled contents.
