Is there a way to get emergency calls out to several phones at once.  The call would be originating from a main desk phone then alerting the on-call phones.  The phones involved are MIKE phones, mostly i576s and i686s.

The person at the main phone would then have to send that emergency call out to everyone else, without having to dial each number.

Princess,
It likely means the phone account is not properly attached to the SIM card. Even a phone with an expired account can make emergency calls.

This is usually managed through your corporate PBX (internal telephone system) or by purchasing the service from an external supplier. It can also be done if a small number of phones are involved by use of a VOIP service with multi-ring.
