If you do not have an iPhone however, you can simply plug the phone into the computer, activate USB mode(if aplicable) and the computer will recognize it as if it was a flash drive. You then need to find the DCIM folder (the default folder that photos taken with the camera are stored to) and copy and paste them onto yout computer. This will work with most Android and Blackberry devices.
