Unfortunately you won't get that answer as it seems no one here on these forums works for Telus and really they don't communicate to the warehouse.
From the home page: “A place to ask questions, find answers, and discuss TELUS products and services with users just like you.” The Neighbourhood is inhabited by customers who come to support others. They, of course, have no access to behind-the-scenes stuff.
What is your point? I never asked if anyone had “behind the scenes” knowledge. There are probably lots of people who ordered before I did (like Meomix) and can shed more light on the time frame involved than I’ve gotten from Telus.
